Awards Awards

Award shows. Don’t you just love ‘em? It’s a chance for people to slap one another on the back and say, “Hey, you know, we are all pretty great.” Almost every industry has them, not just Hollywood with those OSCARS and EMMIES. Pest controllers have the Gold Medal IPM Partner Awards, for instance, to honor “commercial facilities that have shown extraordinary commitment to Integrated Pest Management (IPM).” Nice.

We want to recognize the uh strangely earnest and valiant efforts of industry awards by giving our awards to award shows that we believe deserve special mention or—awards.  We won’t be holding an award ceremony or dinner, nor will we be handing out glittering statuettes, except maybe a Bronx Cheer wrapped up in a sonnet. Mostly we’ll just be giving a big virtual high-five to the lucky and boastful recipients.
