					<description>Learning to work with what you have is how a real marketer separates themselves from the pretenders. I try and look at every campaign I come across and try to think what I might have done differently had I had no money (which I often don't). The answers usually turn up just as interesting and engaging as the original. Love the pep talk :).</description>
